This Request for Tender (“RFT”) is an invitation from the Essex-Windsor Solid Waste Authority (the “Authority”) to Bidders to prepare and submit competitive offers for the provision of the Power Washing Services for Heavy Equipment and Processing Facilities at the Regional Landfill located at 7700 County Road 18 in Essex, the Kingsville Transfer Station located at 2021 County Road 31 (Albuna Townline) in Kingsville, the Windsor Transfer Station located at 3540 North Service Rd E, and the Food & Organic Waste Transfer Station located at 3560 North Service Road East in Windsor.
