This Request for Tender (“RFT”) is an invitation from the Essex-Windsor Solid Waste Authority to Bidders to prepare and submit competitive offers for services to retrofit the existing Fibre Material Recovery Facility (MRF; 3560 North Service Road East, Windsor) for use as an Organics Transfer Station including all associated site work, general trades, structural, process equipment and mechanical, HVAC and plumbing mechanical, electrical and control systems. |
