This Request for Proposal is an invitation from the Essex-Windsor Solid Waste Authority to Proponents to prepare and submit competitive offers for the supply and distribution of curbside Green Carts and Kitchen Containers for the collection of Source Separated Organics in the City of Windsor and each of the seven (7) municipalities of the County of Essex.
